Yasmine Probst is a Professor and Deputy Head of School (Research) with the School of Medical, Indigenous and Health Sciences at the University of Wollongong. She is the outgoing Associate Dean -Equity, Diversity and Inclusion for the faculty of Science, Medicine and Health where she worked to shift practice and create a safe environment with a sense of belonging for both staff and students. She holds dual Masters degrees in Dietetics and Health Informatics and is recognised as a Fellow and an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian with the Dietitians Australia and a Fellow of the Australasian Institute for Digital Health. Currently. Yasmine has recently completed a Senior research fellowship supported by Multiple Sclerosis Australia and the third fellowship across her career. Her research focusses on nutrition informatics targeting food composition and its application to nutrition practice, namely multiple sclerosis lifestyle management. Yasmine has published widely and been invited to present her work at a number of national and international conferences.
