Sue is an inspiring teacher who draws on an extensive knowledge of educational psychology theory and research to guide her own teaching and provide resources that have enhanced the teaching of educational psychology across Australia and New Zealand. She brings creativity and imagination to her teaching to assist students make strong links between theory and practice. Sue is dedicated to supporting her students. As a regional campus staff member, Sue contributes to UOW’s enabling of student equity and her success is shown in retention of students during their studies and in retention of graduates in their early careers as teachers.

Sue is Associate Academic Program director of the Master of Teaching on regional campuses. She also teaches into undergraduate and postgraduate programs, coordinating EDMT910 Entering the Profession and EDGX901 Psychology for Educators.
