RESEARCH INTERESTS
Sarah's research is focused in the area of environmental, pollution and climate law, with a particular focus on environmental crime and enforcement, regulatory theory, and the design, assessment of, and improvement of regulatory systems. Her research has a practical focus with a view to improving how environmental and pollution law operates in practice. Sarah completed her PhD entitled Ensuring the Continued Effectiveness of the Pollution Regulatory System in NSW: Third Wave Pollution Regulation with the UOW School of Law in 2019.
