TEACHING INTERESTS

Sadaf is an experienced educator with over a decade of teaching across foundation, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels in Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, and International Business. I currently teach Managing Across Cultures (MGNT210), Organisational Behaviour (MGNT201), Introduction to Management (MGNT110), Organisational Analysis (MGNT220), Recruitment and Selection (MGNT205) and Business Studies (BUS030), where she focus on building strong conceptual foundations while encouraging critical thinking and real-world application.

 

Her teaching is informed by a multidisciplinary academic background in engineering (B.Tech.), business (MBA), and a PhD in Business, enabling her to integrate analytical, technological, and managerial perspectives in the classroom. She adopts a student-centered approach that combines case-based learning, interactive discussions, and applied assessments to enhance engagement and deepen learning outcomes. She also emphasize the ethical and responsible use of emerging technologies, including AI, equipping students with the skills to navigate contemporary organizational challenges. Her teaching practice is consistently well received by students, reflecting my commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive, and intellectually stimulating learning environment that fosters both academic development and professional readiness.
