BIO

I am a neuroscientist specializing in ion channel pharmacology, with a focus on the molecular mechanisms underlying sensory neuron function. My work combines expertise in venom-derived peptides, stem cell-derived neuronal models, and pain signaling to address fundamental questions in sensory physiology. I bring a collaborative and detail-oriented approach to both research and mentorship. My long-term goal is to lead a program that integrates mechanistic insight with translational potential, training the next generation of rigorous and thoughtful scientists.
