BIO
Dr Rebekah Schulz is a Lecturer in Business at the University of Wollongong. Her research is situated at the intersection of gender, history, and organisational studies, drawing on feminist perspectives to guide inquiry. She focuses on gender equity in leadership, investigating the institutional barriers that women face and developing strategies for more inclusive workplaces. Alongside this, she examines skill-based literacies such as feedback literacy and reflective practice, exploring how these capabilities are cultivated through university education and carried forward into professional and leadership contexts. Her work provides actionable insights that bridge theory and practice, advance feminist scholarship, and support more equitable and effective organisational environments.
