Since 2018, I have been serving as the Academic Program Director (APD) of UOW's twinning/offshore education programs at Zhengzhou University (ZZU) and Tiangong University (TGU). This role supports the teaching of 2000+ students concurrrently enrolled into these programs.  

Since 2024, I have also been serving the research community as an associate editor for IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology and IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society, and as a technical program co-chair for the Workshop on Delay-Doppler and Chirp-Based Waveform at the IEEE International Conference on Communications.
