Jude Suchithra is a power systems researcher specializing in power quality and renewable energy integration. He received his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Wollongong in 2025 and is currently an Associate Research Fellow at the Australian Power Quality Research Centre. His work focuses on developing advanced analytical and modelling techniques to support the reliable integration of renewable energy sources into modern electricity networks. During his doctoral research, conducted in collaboration with Endeavour Energy, he developed improved methodologies for assessing renewable energy hosting capacity in electricity distribution networks. His research combines detailed power system modelling with data-driven techniques to help utilities better understand and manage the impacts of increasing renewable penetration while maintaining system reliability and power quality.
