Dr Jennifer Jones is an educator and researcher who is passionate about designing and delivering innovative and impactful solutions that enhance capabilities and outcomes. Her field of expertise is education and technology integration, with a PhD from the University of Wollongong and certifications in digital learning and co-design.

Dr Jones has worked in Canada, Korea, Hong Kong and Australia and she enjoys working across disciplines and sectors, as is demonstrated through her roles in higher education, schools and government. Her previous work in the development of Industry 4.0 3D printing and design micro-credentials highlights her capacity to connect academic knowledge with practical industry applications as well as her dedication to innovative design and problem-solving projects. She currently works as an Educational Consultant and Project Manager at the University of Wollongong, where she collaborates with various stakeholders to develop and implement the state-wide Middle Leadership Development Program. A program that is committed to advancing educational excellence for middle leaders within NSW schools.
