Prof TZOU now is honorary chair professor in Mingshin University of Science and Technology since 02/2025. He got promotion to Professor on 02/2001. He prompted a Chair Professor from 08/2018 to 07/2021 at Chung-Chou University of Technology and Technology. He was Senior Professor of Intelligent Automation Engineering at Chung-Chou University of Technology and Science in Taiwan. His major researches are modeling, simulation, experiment, and processing technology on production manufacture based on metal forming. His major research achievements are divided three parts:1. Metal forming technology, 2. Clad sheet processing Technology; 3. Rotating tool shaping technology. He has been a principal research fellow at Wollongong University in Australia from 08/2001 to 07/ 2002 for one year, and has been a visiting professor at Waikato University in New Zealand from January 2004 to July 2004.
Prof TZOU has published more than 109 technical papers for international journals and conferences (Journal of SCI/EI is 89); 177 technical papers for Domestic journals and conferences; the total papers are 286. He has been more than 30 Members of International Program Committee, Organizers, and Session Chairs (e.g. International Conference on Metal Forming, International Conference on Machine Design and Production, Asia-Pacific Symposium on Engineering Plasticity and Its Applications, Asian Workshop on Micro/Nano Forming Technology, International Conference on Engineering and Technology Innovation, International Conference and Workshop on Numerical Simulation of 3D Sheet Metal Forming, International Conference on Applied Science and Precision Engineering, International Conference on Advances in Materials and Processing Technologies, International Conference on Materials and Products Manufacturing Technology, Asia Pacific Conference on Materials Processing, International Symposium on Plasticity and its Current Applications, International Conference on Steel Rolling, etc.) He has been invited as the reviewer of Journal of Materials Processing Technology, International Journal of Mechanical Sciences, Journal of Manufacturing Processes, International Journal of Engineering Simulation, Proc. Instn. Mech. Engrs., Part B: J. Engineering Manufacture, International Journal of Machine Tools and Manufacture, ISIJ International, International Journal of Control and Vibration, Journal of CSME and so forth. He has done PhD thesis examinations for many times from Wollongong University, Auckland University of Technology, Middle-east University of technology, National Sun Yat-sen University, National Kaohsiung University of Applied Science etc. He is very active and aggressive in international activities and joint researches, as well as doing lots of research and industrial projects.  He acts as Guest-editors for many SCIE/EI publications, and He has been a conference chair of ICPMMT for 10 times and PMMT for 23 times.  He is full of energy to do the research and international activity all the time.
