TEACHING INTERESTS

I am an experienced educator with over a decade of teaching in electrical and telecommunication engineering at the University of Wollongong and Western Sydney University. I have delivered a wide range of subjects, including Engineering Electromagnetics, Communication Systems, Digital Signal Processing, Electrical Systems, Digital Hardware, electronics and Engineering Research Methods.

 

My teaching approach focuses on creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment that integrates theory with practical, hands-on laboratory experiences. I place strong emphasis on problem-solving, real-world applications, and developing students’ professional engineering skills aligned with Engineers Australia Stage 1 competencies.

 

I have also contributed to international teaching programs through twinning initiatives, delivering intensive teaching blocks in collaboration with partner universities in China. My teaching excellence has been recognised through the Vice-Chancellor’s OCTAL Awards (2016 and 2021).
