Research Overview


  • Dr. Li is a female researcher, and joined the University of Wollongong (UOW) in 2016. Then, she worked as an ARC DECRA Fellow from 2018-2021 at the Institute for Superconducting & Electronic Materials (ISEM) at UOW. She is now working as a faculty fellow in ISEM. Dr. Li did pioneering work on the development of phosphorus (P)-based materials as anode for sodium ion batteries. Many papers have been published in highly respected journals, such as Nano Lett. ACS Nano. Adv. Mater., Adv. Energy Mater., Chem. Mater. Materials Horizons, Chem. Commun., Nano Energy. Small, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., et al. Now, she shifts the research focus on the development of safe energy storage device, such as, aqueous zinc ion batteries, zinc-air batteries, and electrolyte modulation.
