Research Fellow (Computer Vision) at the SMART Infrastructure Facility with the focus of his research on applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) for solving challenging real-world industrial problems. Skilled in TensorFlow, Keras, Python, NVIDIA TAO toolkit, DeepStream, Scikit, LaTeX, C++ and MATLAB.
He is currently exploring the utility of computer vision and image analysis in various application domains including flood management, waste management, coastal monitoring, and agriculture. Specifically, in case of disaster management, making use of visual analysis performed by state of the art algorithms can significantly impact the decision making in the recovery processes.
