  • Dr Tillmann Böhme (MBA) is a creative, collaborative and innovative minded person; start-up entrepreneur, senior lecturer, and an expert supply chain analyst. Tillmann has conducted applied research to a vast range of industry in Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Netherlands and Germany. Companies include ABB, the Heinz Group, CarterHoldHarvey, Metso, Koopman Meel flour mill and District Health Boards New Zealand to name a few. Tillmann is renowned for applying holistic systems-based approaches to achieve staff synergies that lead to maximum effectiveness and business acceleration. His approaches are both highly pragmatic and scientifically based resulting in holistic analyses that clearly identify where cost-effective investments will streamline workflows, improve productivity and access new market opportunities. His engagement philosophy favours enlightenment over diktat as experience shows that staff potential can best be unlocked through education, collaboration and dialogue. Tillmann is currently focusing his efforts on the construction industry. Additionally, the impact of game changing technologies such as 3D printing to industries like manufacturing and construction is being investigated.
