Overview


 
Dr. Musgrave is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Law at the University of Wollongong.  He served as the Subdean of the Law Faculty from 2004 to 2006.  He currently teaches Constitutional Law and International Law.  He has also taught Property Law A, Property Law B, Comparative Law, Comparative Criminal Procedure and Introduction to the Indian Legal System.  Dr. Musgrave's research interests are in the fields of International Law, Constitutional Law, Comparative Law and Legal History.  His top publication is his book 'Self-Determination and National Minorities', which was published by Oxford University Press in 1997, and republished in paperback form, with an updating preface, in 2000.  This book has been cited 533 times.  Dr. Musgrave was a professeur invite at the Universite d'Orleans from 2005 to 2008.  He was a member of the Law Society of Ontario from 1980 to 2020.
