Research progress on type ? creep cracking of welded joint of high Cr martensitic heat resistant steel

Abstract


  • Type Ⅳ creep cracking is an intergranular brittle fracture in the fine-grained heat-affected zone(FGHAZ) of welded joint under high temperature and low stress, which has an important influence on the high temperature creep properties of high Cr martensitic heat resistant steel welded joint. In this paper, the microstructure evolution and fracture mechanism in the process of type IV creep cracking, as well as the influence of the microstructure change, multiaxial stress state and welding residual stress on the creep properties of the joint are analyzed in detail, and the corresponding control measures are put forward. At the same time, the existing problems and blind spots in the research on the type IV creep cracking of welded joint of high Cr martensitic heat resistant steel are analyzed and summarized.
