Event-triggered H state feedback controller design of a T-S fuzzy system based on piecewise Lyapunov function

Abstract


  • The problem of the event-triggered H∞ piecewise controller design is studied for a class of networked Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy systems. The nonlinear plant is represented by a T-S fuzzy model, and the event-triggered communication scheme is adopted in the feedback loop to improve the communication bandwidth utilization, in which the sampled state should be transmitted or not is determined by the error between the current sampled state and the latest transmitted one. A piecewise state feedback controller is designed via the piecewise Lyapunov functions and some matrix inequality convex technique such that the closed-loop T-S system is asymptotically stable and preserves a guaranteed H∞ performance. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
