Growth and dielectric property of magnesium doped potassium lithium niobate single crystal

Abstract


  • Magnesium doped potassium lithium niobate single crystal was grown by using pulling method. The dielectric properties of c and a slice at 10-700 K were studied. The dependence of dielectric constant on temperature in 5×102-5×108 Hz was obtained. Results showed ferroelectric-paraelectric phase transition happened at 623 K and a ferroelectric phase transition at 80 K. The dielectric relaxation is 250 Hz.
