Abstract


  • Chiral γ-substituted allenamides have been shown to undergo efficient gold-catalyzed and N-iodosuccinimide-mediated cyclization to highly functionalized dihydrofurans. These reactions proceed rapidly and without loss of stereochemistry. © 2006 American Chemical Society.
