Image blur recognition using under-sampled discrete Fourier transform

Abstract


  • A new method using an under-sampled discrete Fourier transform to recover the blurring function of a blurred image is presented. The presented algorithm can recover the blurring function even if it contains singularities provided the blurred image is noiseless and the true image has a uniform background.
