Abstract


  • Measurements of particle size distributions and volume fractions been made for Nb(C,N) particles precipitated in the austenite of an HSLA steel. The results obtained by high resolution dark-field electron microscopy of thin foils are compared with those obtained from the same specimens using extraction replicas.
