Fantasía, Distopía y Justicia: La Saga de Harry Potter como Instrumento para la Enseñanza de los Derechos Humanos

Abstract


  • The purpose 01 this study is the literary dystopias, which are anatyzed under an approach that places them as heuristic

    devices usefull for determining a conception of the just society. Under his dassical mode, dystopian vision recorded our

    present in apocatyptic terms that identify you as the time twisted the course of history: a missed opportunity to prevent

    the advent of social nightmare. In this sense, the dystopia emphasizes long-term impact of certain practices or acting

    regulatory criteria in our daity coexistence whose lamiliarity prevents us lrom perceivin!) the dangers they contain. A

    dystopian author, lor example, rather wnte a story that would describe the anxiety experienced by a subject in a

    society where water is scarce to the point that it has acquired the function of currency, a memorial on the current

    status of aquifers or sermon on the duty of solidarity with the generations that follow us. The dystopian fiction

    presupposes the latter two documents, but uses different persuasion maneuvers.
