Abstract

  • The paper discusses the specific problems of constructing local

    advantage in the regional innovation setting in Australia. Focusing on ‘nontraditional’

    intermediary organizations and their role in promoting learning it

    reviews a novel approach to accelerating the performance of a local council in

    New South Wales, Australia and its associated regional development

    organization.
