Options for reform of Commonwealth and State governance responsibilities for the Australian health system

The purpose of this paper is to provide advice on options for governance reform

of Commonwealth-state responsibilities of the Australian health system, for

consideration by the NHHRC. The service design and governance principles

published by the Commission in Be_yond the Blame Game, along with the concept

of single accountability, have been used as a framework for our thinking.
