Measuring Linewidth Enhancement Factor by Laser Dynamics

Abstract


  • © 2019 The Author(s). A new method for measuring linewidth enhancement factor of a semiconductor laser (SL) is proposed by using laser dynamics. This method can work when the SL suffer very strong optical feedback.
