China in the international economic order : new directions and changing paradigms

Chapter

Abstract

  • While there have been many examinations of China's participation in the individual

fields that comprise the international economic order, this work considers

international economic law (IEL) as a whole, identifying broad themes that cut across

all aspects of the international economic legal order. In particular, the chapters that

comprise this volume highlight the new directions and changing paradigms associated

with China's growing and critical relationship with all aspects of IEL.
