Overview


Dr Mark Rix is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Management, Operations and Marketing at the University of Wollongong where he specialises in teaching Corporate Governance and also teaches Strategic Management and Human Resource Management. Dr Rix’s research is focused on counter-terrorism, human rights and democratic governance especially in Australia but also in other liberal democracies. His research also investigates recruitment of Australian jihadis by Islamic State and other global terrorist networks, and money laundering and terrorism financing in Australia including their international connections.
