Research Overview


  • Lynnaire's research focus is on identifying key indicators and learnings from within complex scenarios that may facilitate problem solving and promote positive social, ecological and economic outcomes. She has applied this approach to investigating organisational issues within the domains of workplace health and safety, tourism, health and global migration as well as in higher education via her teaching and learning research on work integrated learning, academic integrity and equity.

  • Since 2011, I have coordinated and taught subjects in the realms of Work, Health and Safety, Work Integrated Learning and Management.

    I have been responsible for curriculum development, student assessment, delivery and the quality assurance of the off-shore delivery.

    My approach is to invest in effective subject design and then deliver content in an engaging manner using learner-centred strategies.
