Dr Kumar BISWAS is a Lecturer in Management at the School of Business, Faculty of Business & Law, UOW.  Dr Biswas received his PhD in Management, a Post-doctoral fellowship (write-up) from the University of Newcastle, Australia, and an MBA with Dean's Honours List and BBA (Hons) with Dean's Merit list,  both from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Prior to joining UOW, Dr Biswas worked for the University of Newcastle, Australia, Federation University Australia, the Australian Institute of Business, and several leading universities in Bangladesh.
Dr Biswas has published in top-tier journals of international repute, such as the International Journal of Human Resource Management, British Accounting Review, Strategic Marketing Journal, and Asia-Pacific Journal of Human Resource Management, addressing burning issues related to gender diversity, firm performance, student learning, Big data and Artificial Intelligence and Ethical HR practices.
