  • Professor Yeatman's research has a broad focus on understanding food and nutrition policy and the processes that influence them.  Her research encompasses national policy and regulatory initiatives, settings-based (eg schools, community, university) policy and program evaluation.  Her analytic frameworks are informed by policy and sociological theories.
