Overview


Guy Freer is a Lecturer in Music and Design and is currently the Deputy Head, School of the Arts, English and Media and has a professional background in music, performance and digital media design. Guy is currently creative producer and lead investigator on the Dharawal Project, a collaborative research initiative of the Illawarra Local Aboriginal Lands Council and the University of Wollongong. The Dharawal Project is using 3D scanning, GIS mapping and immersive VR/AR technologies to transform and reinterpret an extensive archaeological archive of Dharawal cultural knowledge.
