Abstract


  • Multiferroic materials having simultaneous ferroelectricity and ferromagnetism offer great opportunities for applications in information storage, spin electronics and magnetoelectronics. the aim of this project is to construct an international collaboration to develop novel multiferroic materials and carry out extensive fundamental studies on multiferroic properties. The outcomes of this project are llikely to lead to a better understanding of the multiferroic phenomena, and to the discovery of faswcinating new physical properties and suitable multiferroic materials for superior multiple magnetic, electric, magnetoelectronic and electro-magneto-mechanical applications.
