  • The research will focus on the novel carbon materials for high energy supercapacitors. It will involve research on carbide-derived carbons with a pore size of less than 1nm. The nanocomposite of carbon and metal oxide materials will also be developed based on past experience. The compatibility between different electrolytes and carbon based materials will also be investigated.
