Overview


Carolyn (Caz) is an Associate Professor in mathematics and the Head of Students in engineering at the University of Wollongong. An award winning lecturer, she has a keen interest in mathematics education, spending lots of time with students and working out more effective ways of teaching and assessing, while thinking about Topological Groups in her spare time. Caz is presently leading a project at UOW looking at how to better recruit, train and retain maths and science teachers through collaboration between discipline experts (mathematicians and scientists) and educationalist experts.
