Dr Conor West (PhD) has been a lecturer in educational psychology, pedagogy and research since 2014. Conor has applied her expertise in these areas across many contexts, including in schools and universities in Australia and Europe. In her current position as a Lecturer in Academic Development at UOW, she is particularly passionate about ensuring excellent teaching is recognised in all teaching staff through person-centred and needs-based support. Her research interests include teacher motivation, teacher identity and academic development.
