Cohen Marcus Lionel Brown is a researcher and educator specialising in ethics and applied philosophy. His primary areas of interest include neuroethics, moral psychology, aggression studies, and cognitive enhancement. He has served as a member of the International Neuroethics Society Student/Postdoc Committee, the Australasian Association of Philosophy Postgraduate Committee, and Sydney Health Ethics Network.

Alongside his academic research, Cohen has taught ethics across university, adult education, and primary school settings, including through WEA Sydney and Primary Ethics. He has also served as a Judge-Moderator for the International Ethics Olympiad and previously co-organised academic events as Event Manager and Vice President of the UOW Philosophy Forum. His original research has appeared in leading bioethics journals and popular media.
