RESEARCH INTERESTS

My research interests span ecological, physiological, and evolutionary responses to environmental variability. Key themes include:

Thermal adaptation and plasticity in ectotherms

Telomere biology as a tool for studying ageing and stress

Host-parasite ecology and fitness consequences of infection

Sexual selection, colour polymorphism, and reproductive trade-offs

Phenotypic and genetic variation across aridity and climate gradients

As a contributing member of Environmental Futures, I align with its strategic goals to understand environmental change and guide effective, ethical responses through integrative and evidence-based research.
