A chemical engineer, a laser spectroscopist and a want to be data scientist (h index=42, 7749 citations, Google Scholar) with top 1% (ISI) highly cited publications in the area of advanced electronic and optical characterisation of organic semiconductors. My research aims to develop printable, lightweight and flexible solar energy conversion and Xray-sensing devices for remote environments. My aspiration for the next 10 years is to develop an Australian capability in robot-driven experimental platforms for the accelerated discovery of next-generation of materials for energy and health applications. These experimental platforms can be run remotely with no human touch, with parameters chosen by machine learning algorithms.
