BIO
I am a lecturer and careers professional with over 15 years of experience spanning higher education and industry. At UOW, I currently teach in the areas of career development learning (CDL) and work-integrated learning (WIL), where I support students to build professional identities and transition confidently into the workforce. Before joining UOW, I spent six years at UTS, holding academic and professional roles in the Transdisciplinary School, Business School, and Student Services Unit. My earlier career as an executive recruiter and headhunter in the corporate sector gives me a strong understanding of employer needs and hiring trends, which I bring into my teaching and curriculum design. I value interdisciplinary collaboration and evidence-based practice, and I am passionate about embedding employability, equity, and real-world problem solving into the student experience.
